1. Scope
These terms cover your use of the VELORA website and services. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date is shown at the top of this page.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, including keeping your password safe. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abusive returns or promotion abuse.
3. Products and pricing
We work hard to keep product information accurate, but errors in description, colour reproduction or price are possible. Where a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full.
All prices include applicable sales tax where required and exclude any import duty.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may cancel for reasons including stock shortages, payment problems or delivery restrictions.
5. Promotions
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and cannot be applied to shipping. Where the law allows, we reserve final interpretation of promotional terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We will try to resolve any dispute directly with you first.
