Where we ship
We currently deliver across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong SAR. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us — we can often arrange it manually.

Dispatch
Orders paid for before 15:00 on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Anything after that goes out on the next working day. We do not dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.
Pre-order items show their expected dispatch date on the product page. If an order mixes in-stock and pre-order pieces we hold it and send everything together — ask us in the order notes if you would rather have it split.
Tracking
You will get an email and an SMS with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. You can also look it up any time on the Track Your Order page.
On delivery
Please check the outer packaging before you sign. If the box is visibly damaged, opened or the weight looks wrong, refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours — we will send a replacement.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, nobody was available, or delivery was refused, the cost of re-sending it is yours.
Duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duty or VAT on arrival, payable by the recipient. We declare the full value of every shipment.
