- Payment: we receive only the result and a transaction reference. Card numbers are handled by licensed processors and are never visible to us.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years to meet tax and consumer-protection requirements. Marketing preferences are deleted within 30 days of you unsubscribing. Access logs are kept for twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@velora.com and we will respond within 15 business days.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 14. If we discover we have collected a child’s information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
